How do I order?

How will I know shipping charges?

  • You will be informed of shipping options and prices upon request.


What do I need to know about the payment of my order?

  • Payment is due upon written confirmation of the purchase.
  • Shipping and handling costs will be included.
  • Duty, brokerage and any other fees due at your destination are additional and will be paid directly to customs, broker, etc.


May I cancel an order?

  • You have 48 hours from time of purchase to cancel an order.
  • Once an order is picked up by the shipper, you can cancel with a 20% restocking fee.
  • Once an order is shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.


What is your return policy?

  • You will know before ordering if the item can be returned.
  • If you prefer not to keep your purchase, I will make every effort, however, cannot guarantee another buyer.


What happens if an item arrives damaged?

  • Please contact me.
  • Items are shipped insured and I will work with you to resolve.
  • If you suspect damage upon receipt, notate on all paperwork.
  • Detailed documentation facilitates the claim. 
  • Take pictures during the entire process. 
    Upon receipt of shipment. (to show outside condition of box, crate, packet, etc.)
    Wrapped before removing. (to show how wrapped and positioned)
    Again, once removed and unwrapped.
  • It is always best to document and open your order upon receipt.

All orders are packed carefully and I will work with you to resolve all issues.
